Over the Moon Studio's Senior Summer School will be held over 2 days on Monday 19th & Tuesday 20th January 2026.
What is the Senior Summer School?
Senior Summer School is an opportunity for senior students to explore dance and creativity in an immersive and focused environment.
There will be two age groups: 9-12 years & 13-18 year olds.
Summer School is an opportunity for dancers to expand their experience of dance and creative practices!
The schedule will be:
10:00–1:00 Morning Session with Seung Hi Lee / Rosie Leverton
1:00–1:30 Lunch Break
1:30–4:00 Afternoon Session with Seung Hi Lee / Rosie Leverton
WHAT TO BRING? Please wear comfortable clothes with layers dancers can take off as they warm up. Please bring a named water bottle. More details will be sent to you once you have booked.

5% off both classes for a 2-day booking
9-12 years old, 10:00am - 4:00pm (6 hours) - $136
13-18 years old, 10:00am - 4:00pm (6 hours) - $136

This year, our Senior Summer School teachers are:
Seung Hi Lee, Contemporary
Seung Hi Lee is a Bendigo based dancer, dance educator, cultural dance educationalist and choreographer, originally from South Korea.
After completing her Post-Graduate & Master of Choreography at the Victorian College of the Arts, Seung Hi performed, toured and choreographed several works in Melbourne, Bendigo and regional Victoria. She also been an artistic director of KITA Performing Arts Company and worked at community and corporate events. Seung Hi has conducted Artists in Schools projects and been a panel member of the Artist in Schools funding program (Creative Victoria).
Seung Hi regularly teaches contemporary dance at the Over the Moon and Victory Christian College in Bendigo.
Rosie Leverton, Choreography
Rosie grew up in the Macedon Ranges and had the pleasure of training in ballet, jazz, tap and contemporary dance with Rachelle Kellett at Steps Performing Arts School. She began teaching at Steps when she was just 16, and found the experience both thrilling and incredibly rewarding.
Rosie completed a Bachelor of Fine Art in Dance (aka bootcamp) at the Victorian College of the Arts in 2016, where she performed in choreographic works including those by; Stephanie Lake, Prue Lang, Sandra Parker, Anna Smith and Siobhan McKenna.
Rosie began teaching at Over the Moon in 2018 when she fell in love with the ethos of the school, and the heavy weight yoga blankets.
